Resilience and going forward

I found the above on a blog post somewhere while busying myself doing nothing.  You know when you’re just following a rabbit hole, clicking whatever strikes your fancy, and something just sticks.  Strikes a chord, whatever you’d like to call it.

The above little image was on a blog for people suffering from depression, about a thousand subscribers.  The blog has gotten to the point no one posts, so there’s a catchy little slogan posted everyday from the Moderators.

Abilify, personal experience

I’m going to give my opinion and views on the various types of drug treatments I’ve been prescribed in order to deal with PTSD and depression. In actuality, the drugs have all been prescribed for depression only. Can you suffer from PTSD without depression? Good question, but in my case the answer is no. 

In no way shape or form do the doses apply to the reader or anyone else.  Since they are all prescribed you need to work with a doctor.   I’m just writing on how they affected my journey.

I have no idea what I’m doing

That sums it up, basically I really have no idea what I’m doing writing a blog.  But I have to remember who the intended target audience is…me…and what the desired end results are described below.

Should I be following a set format for bloggers?  How to write a post that’s catchy and fun and keeps the reader’s attention?  Engaging enough for them to follow along with the story?  Click a link here or there maybe?
